01 We offer a purchasing service for specified third-party platform products but do not bear the risks associated with third-party platform goods.
We only provide you with purchasing services for products from specified third-party platforms and do not bear any risks or responsibilities related to infringement, quality, quantity discrepancies of the products themselves. Our purchasers will manually purchase, confirm, and coordinate after-sales according to your order requirements to protect your interests. If further assurance is needed, we can conduct inspections in advance, such as unpacking, taking photos, counting quantities, reinforcing packaging, etc., for an additional service fee.02 Shopping is divided into purchasing and shipping stages, with two payments. It is recommended to assess international shipping costs before placing an order
[Stage One] You need to pay for the product costs and the domestic logistics costs within China, and we will purchase on your behalf. The ordered products will be sent to the Hippoo transit warehouse for temporary storage. After the products are warehoused, they can be stored for free for 90 days. You can accumulate purchases and combine packaging for international shipping to save money. [Stage Two] Combine in-stock products to generate a package order, pay the international logistics fee for that order, and then the package can be shipped across borders.03 The package is carried by a third-party logistics provider, subject to customs policy restrictions and may involve logistics risks, which need to be assessed and borne by yourself
